Tony Goubil, Operations Manager
Tony Goubil has over 30 years of management experience. Mr. Goubil is formerly the Chief Investigator of the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office as well as the former Chief Special Agent of The Alabama Ethics Commission. His twenty-six years of experience in the private sector as a corporate executive as well as over thirty years of law enforcement experience has enabled him to be effective and productive in his career. He joined Royal Managements team in August 2018 and has been a great asset. Tony graduated from the University of South Alabama with a BA Degree in Psychology and is also a graduate of The FBI Naval Academy. He was recognized as Manager of The Year while employed with Southland Corporation where he was in charge of every aspect of operation overseeing 60 employees. His commitment to excellence in service delivery and facility management is a plus with having the ability to manage confidential information in an appropriate manner. Tony oversees the daily operations of all of Royal Managements properties. He develops the financial and business strategies relating to organizational property ownership.
As an experienced manger, Mr. Goubil is in charge of the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, thus working with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines. He also ensures financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments while reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative. He also makes sure all employees are motivated to provide optimal
customer satisfaction and organize appropriate training to ensure the business operates within the company's mission statement. While being onboard his input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility has aided in driving the business to increase profits.
