We maintained high standing with organizations such as Institute of Real Estate Management, The National Apartment Association, Alabama Apartment Association, Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association, Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association, and Alabama Real Estate Commission. With over ninety years of combined experience, Royal Property Management’s leadership is highly knowledgeable and worthy of the many honors and achievements they have received.

BACKGROUND AND HISTORY

 

      Royal Property Management has been involved in the Property Management and Development, since 1998. The company has engineered, constructed, and managed various types of projects. As owners, our experience has given us the disciplines necessary to be responsible, timely, accurate Asset Managers and Property Managers for Institutions and Individual Investors.  Coupled with a team of well-qualified professionals, Royal Property Management’s best asset are its conservative approach, tenant retention program, and analysis of the marketplace backed by long-term planning, years of experience and our financial strength.

 

CAPABILITIES AND RESOURCES

 

      Royal Property Management’s team of Real Estate and financial Professionals acquired their skills through hands-on experience and practice. RMC have invested time and effort in automating our systems to assist in providing effective and efficient service. We used the latest in computer hardware and software technology to assist in increasing productivity, decision making, and financial processing.  One of the cutting-edge property management software used by Royal Property Management is called RealPage OneSite. RealPage simplifies in managing the different types of multifamily properties which assist us in monitoring compliance for HUD, public housing 50058, rural housing and tax credit properties as well as managing revenue with built-in validation checks.

Property Management Team/Improvements

     

     Royal Property Management offers our clients a most effective management team for tenant improvements. Overseeing our own projects and having a great relationship with our vendors gives us experience and expertise that we pass on to our clients.

 

     We have been involved in extensive remodeling of units that were constructed in phases to allow tenants to remain in their homes. Our tenants were able to continue with day to day living as usual due to the efficient scheduling of construction around their needs.

 

     The volume of tenant improvements and remodels that Royal Property Management has been involved in allows us to offer our clients competitive costs from contractors and suppliers.  We offered our client expertise in design, space planning, and construction.
