To pay by mail send to P.O. Box 161604, Mobile, AL 36616 C/O Royal Management. Make check payable to your association. Write your 6-digit account number on the memo line.
Oak Forest Homeowners Association charges a convenience fee of 3.5% on the transaction amount on all credit/debit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. Before you proceed to payment please add 3.5% to your statement total due to avoid a remaining balance on your account.
