     Regin Goubil joins Royal Managements team with over 10 years’ experience in the Industry as an Administrative/HR Professional. Ms. Goubil ensures accuracy and compliance of all federal and state Human Resource laws as they relate to the administration of all benefit plans and related plan documents. Ms. Goubil coordinates with employees & builds strong relationships with them. She interacts with authorized staff related to progressive control. Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information for our clients. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. She also ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
