 Ginny Kirby, Compliance Director


     Mrs. Kirby earned a Bachelor Degree at Old Dominion University in Business Administration.       During the past eight years, she has managed and budgeted over 300 units including lease agreements and renewals, as well as overseeing Section 8/HUD, AHFA and VHDA Certifications. She prepares sensitive documentation for audited inspection to assure overall compliance for the residents. She has been responsible for interviewing, training and supervising 4 to 12 employees, collecting of rents, rent increases, working with auditors, maintaining Tax Credit file compliances, verifying and certifying of residents for the HUD 50059 forms, setting up of budgets and keeping expenditures within that budget for the property, working with suppliers on orders and prices.
